You know I share your hoarding tendencies, and I have in the past couple of years discovered the joy of regular purges. Yes, every now and then I do throw away something that I later decide I maybe could have used. But nothing terribly important. It did take me well into law school before I finished getting rid of high school things. And I still have all of my political science stuff from college. The one point where I disagree with you is with your statement that yarn doesn't belong crammed into every nook and cranny. While I can understand that if it means that yarn should be treated with respect, I totally disagree if it means you shouldn't have so much yarn that it runs out of places to live and has to start living in weird places. So, anyhow, my point is that I'm proud of you for the purge, and also I know you are not mentally imbalanced. Also, a burrito has arrived for me....so that makes my comment end.
