Dear Relatives,
I know you are trying to be nice in buying a cellular phone for an old person, however, old people do not need fancy camera phones with all sorts of mp3 and internet capabilities when said old people can not even put a dvd in the player (which you purchased, by the way) without assistance. In the event that you should decide that old people really DO need said cellphones, please do not be a jerk and completely volunteer me to be in charge of technical support. I do not enjoy teaching old people to do stuff they don’t need to know how to do because they will never leave their phone on anyway because apparently once a person becomes old, they believe that everything costs them money somehow, and making a call then turning the phone off so no one can call them back will save their old people funds for the future. to summarize, stop it with the trying to be captain awesome in order to gain favor with the old person, and maybe think about those of us who didn’t get the opportunity to flee this city and get as far away from the old person as possible.
thank you in advance for your use of common sense.
betsy.

Your Mom did an AWESOM job, Betsie!
